Implant Supported An implant supported crown utilizes individual dental implants to support permanent individual restorations in order to replace one or more missing teeth. May be made of ceramic, metal, or a combination of the two. It is permanently fixed and not removable.	Tooth Supported A fixed bridge utilizes your natural teeth on either side of the existing space in order to replace one or more missing teeth. May be made of ceramic, metal, or a combination of the two. It is permanently fixed and not removable.
